We were fortunate enough to be booked with Nicki Transfers through our hotel during a trip to Lisbon.
The driver proactively checked our flight status and realized that I had mistakenly given the wrong arrival time.
He was able to adjust his schedule and still pick us up in spite of my error.
In addition to that he was incredibly professional, courteous, the car was so clean and comfortable..
it was an excellent experience.
When we booked them again for a transfer back to the airport we were disappointed not to have the same driver
and then the new one was just as wonderful!
Clearly this company is well run to have this kind of consistency.
I highly recommend them!
